Systems work for ecommerce teams that have outgrown plug-and-play.
We take on the hard, load-bearing parts of an ecommerce stack: the subscription engine, the data pipeline, the search layer, the bespoke Admin UI.
Shopify apps
Embedded and standalone Shopify apps — built on the Admin GraphQL API, with Token Exchange auth, Managed Installation, and the full Shopify extension surface area. Billing, webhooks, theme app extensions, Checkout UI extensions, Web Pixel extensions, Functions.
- Admin UI in Go templ + HTMX + App Bridge
- Token Exchange + Managed Installation (the 2025 Shopify auth flow)
- Billing API, webhook HMAC verification, GDPR mandatory webhooks
- Theme app extensions, Checkout UI extensions, Web Pixels, Functions
Event pipelines
First-party server-side event tracking for Shopify brands that care about ad ROAS and attribution. Events flow from the Shopify Web Pixel through a durable queue to every destination you care about.
- Append-only event store with replay from any destination credential rotation
- Per-destination transformation (CAPI, TikTok, GA4, Klaviyo, Pinterest, Snap, Segment, webhooks)
- Dedup on event_id across browser and server paths
- Retry on 5xx with exponential backoff + dead-letter queue
Custom tooling
The things that don't fit anywhere else. Catalog enrichment, filter trees for large catalogs, bespoke merchandising dashboards, fulfillment glue code, subscription state machines, internal ops tooling.
- Go backends, Postgres, Redis, Meilisearch — boring tech on purpose
- Runs on infrastructure you own (we help set it up)
- Readable source that your team can keep maintaining after we leave
