Eventabee is now live on the Shopify App Store
After ten months of running with private-beta merchants, eventabee is publicly available on the Shopify App Store. Here's what shipped, what it costs, and what we're building next.
Today eventabee is publicly available on the Shopify App Store: apps.shopify.com/eventabee.
Any Shopify merchant can install directly. No invite link, no waitlist, no setup call required. The free plan gives you one destination and a 1-day event log so you can see eventabee work on your store before you pay for anything.
What eventabee actually does
Eventabee is a server-side event pipeline for Shopify. It captures storefront and checkout events from a Web Pixel and a geo-aware consent banner, writes every event to an append-only store on our servers, then fans them out — only to destinations the visitor has consented to — to Meta CAPI, Google (GA4 + Ads), TikTok Events API, Klaviyo, Pinterest, Snapchat, Segment, PostHog, and your own custom endpoints.
The pitch in one sentence: the conversions Meta and Google can’’t see because of iOS, ad blockers, and ITP — eventabee gets them back.
What’’s in the box on day one
- 9 first-party destinations with vendor DPAs in place. No bring-your-own-pixel JavaScript blobs running in your shoppers' browsers.
- Geo-aware consent banner with opt-in (EU/UK), opt-out (CCPA states), and implied-consent modes. Auto-syncs with Shopify’’s Customer Privacy API.
- Replay on consent upgrade — when a visitor accepts analytics later, we replay up to 30 days of stored events to the newly-permitted destinations.
- Live event stream so you can verify, in real time, that the right events are flowing to the right places.
- Performance dashboard showing your server-side recovery rate, Meta Event Match Quality (EMQ), and an Opportunities ranker that tells you which one field to fix next for the biggest ROAS lift.
- Monthly Impact Report (Business plan) — a print-perfect PDF you can hand to a CFO showing recovered ad spend in dollars.
Pricing — flat, never per-event
| Plan | Price | For |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0/mo | 1 destination, see if it fits |
| Pro | $49/mo | 3 destinations, performance recovery, live stream |
| Business | $199/mo | Unlimited destinations, EMQ + Event Quality, Impact Report |
| Scale | $599/mo | Headless, multi-domain, DSAR auto, SLA |
Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial. You can downgrade, upgrade, or cancel anytime — billing is Shopify-managed, so it’’s on the same invoice as the rest of your apps.
We’’re a tiny team and we’’re allergic to volume-based pricing. Eventabee will never charge you per event, per order, or per GMV. The right way to charge for tracking infrastructure is by the value it delivers — not by how successful your store gets.
Install it
Sign in to your Shopify Admin, then open apps.shopify.com/eventabee and click Add app.
Setup is a 4-step checklist after install:
- Enable the Theme App Embed (turns on the consent banner)
- Configure your consent regions
- Connect your first destination
- Verify events are flowing in the live stream
Most stores are end-to-end in 20 minutes.
What’’s next
We’re already building toward the next release. Top of the roadmap:
- Reddit Conversions API and LinkedIn Insight Tag destinations
- Shopify Flow integration so events can trigger merchant automations
- A/B testing copilot that auto-detects experiments running on your storefront (VWO, Kameleoon, Convert) and tags every event with the variant the visitor saw
If you want to influence what we build next, every paid plan includes a Request a destination form — submit a vendor and we build the connector for everyone.
Thanks for reading. See you on the App Store.
